About Universal Method
Universal Method is the accumulated martial arts knowledge of 4th Dan Master Jerome Sandiford. Universal Method is what people today would call MMA. This term Mixed Martial Arts describes systems that incorporate Wrestling/Grappling, Striking and Submission. Through practice in a classroom environment we learn how to use the human body effectively, economically and efficiently.
